The short version: you buy Eddie once and use it on your own Macs, and updates within the version you bought are included. If it isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days.

Your license

• A license lets one person use Eddie on the Macs they use personally, up to the number of activations shown at checkout.
• You can move a license between Macs by deactivating it in Settings on the old one.
• Please don't share, resell or publish your license key. Keys that are shared publicly may be disabled.

Updates

Your purchase includes every update to the major version you bought (for example, all 1.x releases). A future major version may be a paid upgrade. We'll say so clearly before it happens.

Refunds

If Eddie doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded licenses are deactivated.

Your data

How Eddie handles your data is described in the privacy policy. Eddie changes other apps' settings only when you ask it to (for example, adding hooks when you connect an agent). It backs up those files first and removes its changes when you disconnect.

No warranty

Eddie is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or that it will notice every agent event, email or sale. Please don't rely on it as your only alert for anything critical. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Eddie.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought still apply to that purchase.
